Gail C. Arnall, Ph.D, is the Executive Director of "Offender Aid and Restoration," serving Arlington, Alexandria and Falls Church. (www.oaronline.org). She was on the original Board when The Family Place started in 1980, serving 15 years. She returned to the Board in 2002, and currently serves as the Treasurer.
