5 year Anniversary of The Family Place Public Charter School

In 2018, The Family Place opened its doors as a DC Public Charter School. We celebrated our fifth anniversary, and were approved for a 5-year renewal by the DC Public Charter School Board last Friday. We are excited to continue our mission to improve the literacy and workplace skills of adults who want to learn English, increase their income, and build their careers.
We thank our founder, Dr. Ann Barnet, our staff, board members, students, and everyone who has supported our mission over the past 5 years.
